You've probably seen them on servers: a white >< tag, good attitude, great gameplay. They are the Mystery of >< trainees.
Some time ago, we have decided to create a clan rank for those members who just joined the clan and cannot be considered full members, so we created the trainee rank. After a 1-2 months trial period a trainee can become a full member if he/she proves to be a good player, a devoted teammate and, most of all, a friend of those in the clan.
